Re Install Qt Platform Plugin Windows

Load the Qt platform plugin 'windows' in '. Available platform plugins are: minimal, windows. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I found the solution on the qt forums. My problem originated with setting the environment variables to get anaconda working.
